Had these for a while, and just recently noticed they were req 8, wondering what they are worth if anything.

Shocking Eternal Bow of Enchanting
Req 8 Marksmanship, 15-28 Lightning Dmg
+14% while Enchanted (Non-inscr)

Insightful Ghostly Staff of Defense
Energy +10
Dark Dmg: 11-22 (Req. 8 Blood Magic)
Halves Casting Time of Spells (9%)
Energy +5
Armor +5
Non-inscr

Staff - merch imo, no recharge mod at all (unless you left it out).

No idea about the bow, someone who like to collect q8 bows might want it, but then again the +dmg% isn't perfect so

You might want to wait for more opinions though, don't take mine.
